The 6th Annual

“Lead Ain’t Dead”

September 9, 2023

We thought that it would be kool to host an event that celebrates the American Kustom.

What is a Kustom? I believe it is an American made vehicle that was manufactured between 1935 to 1964. They can be mild to wild with some or all of the following modifications; Lowered, mild de-chroming, nosed, decked, shaved, scooped, frenched headlights & taillights. They can also have wild modifications like; bumper and grill swaps, headlight and taillight swaps, channeled, sectioned, extended and chopped. Kustoms are works of moving art.

Below is a highlight of what could or will happen.

Friday  We are still working on the details.

Saturday The main part of the show will be held in front of Stray Kat Kustoms shop & Two Tall Okies. The address is 700 N Delaware in Dewey, Ok. If we need more room we have plenty of choices to accommodate the Kustoms. Show will run until 4pm.

Saturday afternoon, we will have our fifth annual Kustom Conference. We will be discussing some kool kustom related topics . If you are a Kustom nerd like myself you will enjoy the discussion.

This year's topics:  1) Favorite Kustoms of all time. I have my top 5, I can not wait to hear the reaction.  2) What makes a good profile. Profile is very important, how can we accomplish this?   3) Biggest mistakes made to Kustoms  4) More.......

Stay tune

I will have more details later.
